How do I reload a Bingo game if I receive an error message?

While we do our best to ensure this does not happen, occasionally, when loading a Bingo game you may encounter an error. We do apologize for the inconvenience! This tends to happen if you first decline the invite and then attempt to join the game. However, most of the time this error can be resolved by reloading the game using the instructions below. 

If you did not mean to decline the game and would like to accept the invitation, please do the following:

At the bottom of the Community Chat you will see the box below. Please press the blue button that says "Play Bingo" 

The game may successfully load at that point and take you to a "Waiting for Players" screen. If so, good luck!

If the game does not load, you may receive the following error message:  

In that case, you can reload the game by clicking the event button.

When the game is still available you will see the following countdown timer on the toolbar at the top of your screen. Please click on the timer shown below to reload.
