If you receive an e-mail from us successfully, you will see an option to 'Mark as safe' and 'Add to contacts'. You may use either option to automatically add us as a safe sender.
If you are not receiving e-mails, however, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Log in and click on 'Options'.
2. Under 'Show options for', select, 'Hotmail'.
3. Click 'Safe and blocked senders'.
4. Under 'Safe and blocked senders', select 'Safe senders'.
5. Enter email@example.com and click 'Add to List'.
