What is a self-exclusion and how can I enable it?

A self-exclusion restricts you from accessing any online gambling site in New Jersey. You will no longer be able to perform any actions on our site, and this decision cannot be changed. Self-exclusions may be set for a period of either 1 or 5 years.

Here's how you can initiate a self-exclusion:

 

1.Navigate to Responsible Gaming

To begin setting a limit, click 'My Account' and then select 'Responsible Gaming':

 

2. Choose the 'Self-exclusion'

Next, select the self-exclusion tab by clicking on the appropriate link on menu to the left of your screen:

 

3. Complete the Four Steps

Step 1: You will need to review your personal information, enter the last 4 digits of your SSN, and click 'Continue.

Step 2: Review the Waiver and Release and click 'I Agree'.

Step 3: Review the Personal Declaration and click 'I Agree'.

Step 4: Review the Authentication and Submission, and check both acknowledgements. Select the length of your exclusion (1 or 5 years) and click 'Submit Self-Exclusion Request'. Affirm your choice by clicking 'Confirm' on the subsequent pop-up.
