We understand that from time to time issues may arise and we make every effort to resolve those issues internally. We request that you contact our Player Support team via email, livechat, or give us a call if you have any complaints or issues. If after contacting us, you are still unsatisfied with the way your complaint was handled, you can request for a member of management to review the complaint. A member of our management team will reach out and attempt to resolve any outstanding grievance.
